Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Manager is to drive disciplined application of our Sales Process collaborating with all stakeholders (including all levels of Inside Sales, Outside Sales, operations, management, and Marketing). By driving this process, the Inside Sales Manager is expected to:
• Develop high-quality, opportunity-specific response documents/presentations/interviews with competitive and compelling sales messages to satisfy customer business goals (End Game).
• Work with the capture team to strategically position us for specific opportunities (Middle
• Game)
• Support and collaborate with respective Sales and Operations teams in customerrelationships prior to opportunity identification (Opening Game)
Drives the organization to maintain accurate and updated account management and opportunity information on CSP.
In addition, is responsible for providing leadership, management and coordination to optimize deployment and effectiveness of their Inside Sales team, should build a high-functioning team through recruitment, staff development, coaching, and performance management.
What you will bring
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other technical profession (must). MBA or PMP, preferred. Similar working level obtained through relevant job experience may be accepted in lieu of degree in engineering.
• General Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in Sales of technical professional
• services/projects/equipment B2B (must) and/or Project Management (preferred) in international companies.
• specific experience in sales/proposal/tender/bid management of at least 5yrs in engineering or construction companies. Experienced in People Management includingperformance reviews, employee development & change management.
• Technical: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) working collaboratively, SharePoint online and technology savvy. Experience with managing accounts and deal opportunities in CRM´s (Salesforce is a plus)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish is a must. Same in Portuguese will be highly valued.

• Expected to operate with minimal supervision, prioritizing own workload and proactively informing the Sales Management of workload issues.

• Able to work in international and intercultural teams from Argentina. Be part of business pursuit teams in other countries of Latin America, while being in Buenos Aires. Be able to partner with international experts for the benefit of the local pursuits.

• while maintaining focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to maintain strong relationships with senior management and peers while pushing for positive schedule, quality, and strategic outcomes.
