In-Country Talent Acquisition Lead
You'll have:
· Recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment.
· Have the capability to manage fast paced high volume positions and work to extremely tight deadlines.
· A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity and proven organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative components.
· Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates to ensure a robust and though audit trail.
· Ability to handle external (client) stakeholders and internal stakeholders in a large and complex environment.
· Ability to influence and advise stakeholders on resourcing requirements.
· Be mobile and available to work a rotational role in Tanzania.
