Duties and Responsibilities
· Checks and ensures that the applicable Egyptian and international instrumentation and control regulations, codes and standards are observed in the Technical documentation elaborated by the Contractors
· Contributes to drafting instrumentation and control policies and procedures
· Develops and reviews control and monitoring systems and telecommunications with basic and/or complex scientific equipment
· Reviews and advises on the metrology of measurement instruments
· Reviews and comments on conceptual, technical, and detailed design documentation
· Conducts inspection activities of instrumentation and control equipment and materials
· Supervises installation, testing and commissioning activities of instrumentation and control systems and equipment and prepares associated reports
· Liaises with other engineering disciplines on matters of instrumentation and control and telecommunications
· Develops training materials and conducts training on instrumentation and control systems and equipment
Experience and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in I&C, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering or equivalent
· Strong technical skills; 7+ years of experience in I&C engineering on large scale projects or in nuclear power plant development. Nuclear experience is required.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian and/or Arabic is a plus
