HSE Welfare Coordinator
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive issues discreetly.
- Knowledge of welfare policies, safeguarding practices, and mental health awareness.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and record-keeping.
Preferred Requirements:
- Diploma or Graduation.
- Minimum experience in a welfare, social work, or support role.
Working Conditions:
Office Based, however, may require site visits.
