Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver HSE training sessions, inductions, and toolbox talks.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Identify training needs through risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.

Update training materials in line with legal and procedural changes.

Support HSE awareness campaigns and behavioral safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

Certified HSE Trainer or equivalent (NEBOSH/OSHA preferred).

Experience in HSE training or a similar role.

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with local HSE regulations and industry best practices.
