🔹 Purpose of the role
As a Supervisor HSE – Field, you will play a key role in leading safety practices on-site. Your leadership in risk prevention and incident management will directly support our mission to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable projects.
🔹 Core responsibilities
Leave your mark at Worley by:
Supervising and enforcing HSE standards in construction projects for mining or oil and gas.
Leading risk prevention programs and incident investigations.
Ensuring safe execution of high-risk activities such as crane lifts, confined spaces, work at heights, hot works and electrical safety.
Coordinating isolation of energy and overseeing material handling operations.
Preparing HSE reports, programs and activity follow-ups.
Influencing and supporting work teams through strong field leadership in safety practices.
🔹 Skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or Technical University degree).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction projects for mining or oil and gas.
Valid B1 driver’s license and experience with 4x4 driving in high-altitude environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
English language proficiency (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively influence teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in high-risk activities such as crane lifts, confined spaces, working at heights (including scaffolding), hot works, material handling and electrical safety.
