HSE Manager
We’re looking for a HSE Manager to join our Thailand team.

As a HSE Manager, you will guide to promote of an effective HSE program.
To succeed in this role, you should have been on major projects with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in a Project HSE Management role on offshore and onshore environments across broad spectrum of industries.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a HSE Manager to join our team in Rayong Office, Thailand
The role responsibilities include:
· Provides Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project management and their teams with the necessary service relative to Health, Safety and Environmental activities and provides guidance to promote an effective HSE program.
· The position supports all project related initiatives and individuals in an effort to eliminate hazards in the work place that could cause property damage, injury, illness or harm to the environment.
· Work within the organization to promote HSE and help develop the understanding and awareness of the Location personnel.
· Ensure safety accountabilities are identified, implemented, monitored and continuous improvement processes adopted.
What you’ll have
· NEBOSH Qualified or similar (e.g. Thailand Executive Level Certification in HSE)
· Sound understanding of applicable local & international laws and standards
· Certified auditor for OH&S/Environmental (Desirable)
· Knowledge of best practice for HSE across industries
· A good understanding of understanding how to align future business development strategies and opportunities with HSE needs
· Root cause analysis competency
· Given the necessity of interacting with Thai-speaking clients, Thai language is essential.
