What you’ll do
We are looking for HSE Manager to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
· Preparation of and monitoring of the compliance with the Project specific HSE management plans.
· Provision of HSE expertise to the engineering design and construction and completion activities required for the delivery of the project both in the Home Office environment and on Site.
· Planning and execution of HSE inspections and audits and the identification of corrective actions necessary for implementation by Project and Line management to ensure safety of all personnel engaged on the project is maintained and environmental impact is minimized in accordance with the applicable HSE plans.
· Responsible for the investigation and reporting of HSE near misses and incidents throughout the project life cycle to identify and implement, though project and line management, root cause and improvements necessary to prevent escalation of any near miss into an HSE incident or, in the event of an incident, prevent any risk of re-occurrence.
What you’ll have
· HSSE Management for Hydrocarbons projects in Indonesia (advantage)
· HSSE experience with refinery projects of similar construction complexity
· Experienced in refinery or complex industry HSSE management for major projects
· HSSE oversight of EPC contractors in a PMC capacity
· Bachelor’s degree as issued by a recognized Academic Institution or demonstrated extensive experience in HSSE roles for major projects
· Experience with managing, leading and motivating large teams
· Ability to effectively interface and liaise with senior manager on the project
· Ability to effectively interface with client representatives
· Ability to effectively work with a diverse range of cultures as demonstrated by previous experience
