What you’ll do

We are looking for an HSE Manager to join our team in Map Ta Phut, Rayong Office, Thailand

The role responsibilities include:

·        Provides Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project management and their teams with the necessary service relative to Health, Safety and Environmental activities and provides guidance to promote an effective HSE program.

·        The position supports all project related initiatives and individuals in an effort to eliminate hazards in the work place that could cause property damage, injury, illness or harm to the environment.

·        Work within the organisation to promote HSE and help develop the understanding and awareness of the Location personnel.

·        Ensure safety accountabilities are identified, implemented, monitored and continuous improvement processes adopted.

·        Develop and maintain Statistical data and location reports.

·        Prepare reports as required for the HSE Manager AAME.

·        Review company Safety Management System and advise of required changes.

·        Site visits and audits/inspections, incident investigation

What you’ll have

·        NEBOSH Qualified or similar ( e.g Thailand Executive Level Certification in HSE)

·        Sound understanding of applicable local & international laws and  standards

·        Certified auditor for OH&S/Environmental  (Desirable)

·        Knowledge of best practice for HSE across industries

·        A good understanding of understanding how to align future business development strategies and opportunities with HSE needs

·        Root cause analysis competency

·        Understanding of project HSE plans development in the EPCM industry

·        Understanding of frisk management processes

·        Understanding of environmental management and associated systems
