HSE Manager

You'll have:

·         Minimum Degree in relevant subject, or equivalent, such as an appropriate IOHS/NEBOSH qualification

·         Relevant site HSE management experience in the execution and delivery of construction works for greenfield infrastructure projects, including production of detailed HSE procedures/documents/reports etc.

·         Experience in leading incident investigations and producing reports for internal use and for transmittal to external regulatory bodies, as required by legislation

·         Ability to communicate effectively with the Stakeholders involved in the Project both verbally and in writing. Methodical work ethic; ensuring consistency in output. Capable of working independently

·         Major project/operations experience – minimum

·         Relevant experience of working on major project construction sites – specifically in the HSE space.

·         Extensive major project/operations experience – minimum

·         Relevant experience working on major project construction sites – specifically in the HSE space.

·         Able to fulfil the role of BAS-U

·         Previous experience implementing a PTW system

·         Oil and Gas or other heavy construction industry related experience

·         Artic construction

·         Experience of working in the Nordic region

·         Swedish / Finnish speaker and English language skills

·         Sound understanding of the Legal Work Environment Legislation Sweden – Building & Construction Sites

·         Setting up and deploying HSE systems in major projects start up and execution.

·         Leading a HSE team

·         Proven track record of implementation of HSE norms and principles at management level

·         Pipeline construction experience

·         Held position of HSE Manager in each Project phase of Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning

·         Proven track record of implementation of HSE norms and principles at senior management level
