Responsibilities :

 

1. Perform HSE Administration activities including:

  • Compilation and submission of accurate monthly HSE statistics,
  • Development of monthly HSE Reports,
  • Preparation of HSE dashboards and associated presentations,
  • Preparation and coordination of Incident Review meeting materials and generation of associated meeting minutes and analysis of HSE performance and trends as requested

2. Ensure a process for the maintenance of HSE records / documentation of incidents / injuries for the location.

3. Assist in the development and delivery of inductions as required.

4. Monitor the injury management process and ensure established relationships with preferred medical providers.

5. Support the Operations HSE Manager and Operations HSE team and assist to drive HSE Improvement Plan activities.

6. Role-model a commitment to personal well-being and a pro-active approach to continuously improving health, safety, and environmental performance. Assist the Location to comply with the relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation and where applicable customer HSE requirements.

7. Prepare HSE data/ information for tender proposals and participate in project/ alliance assurance activities and HSE risk assessments as required.

8. Build solid relationships and engage with management and local personnel to ensure interest & awareness of HSE is maintained at all levels and procedures and processes are followed. Support of local sub-location offices, including responses to HSE queries, participation in local HSE activities and HSE Committees as required

9. Coordinate and implement HSE initiatives and promotional activities targeted at continual improvement and achievement of stated HSE performance and objectives. Drive ongoing improvement to HSE systems and processes.

10. Maintain PPE system and database.

11. Where required, assist with the development of HSE newsletters and other HSE communications

12. Be involved in and support HSE projects and initiatives including annual and monthly reporting if required

13. Perform any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time.

14. Act in the best interests of Worley always.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry.
  • Including previous experience in HSE activities in the construction and engineering industry.
