HR Generalist (shared service center)

Objective:
Global role as part of the WES People organization, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of people services to Worley's respective markets by partnering with the People Services provider (Capgemini) and assisting the WES Service Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the WES Service Delivery Manager and the Service Provider to ensure efficient, timely, and transaction-accurate delivery of newly transitioned BAU and WES People services to Worley markets.
• Ensure knowledge documents are maintained according to the designed framework.
• Participate in daily BAU calls with the service delivery team to help mitigate lower-level (L0)
operational challenges.
• Drive continuous monitoring of performance metrics through SLA and KPI reporting.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance WES-governed processes with a
holistic view of employee experience and process effectiveness.
• Actively interact with People Advisors/Specialist Advisors to:
- Design deep-dive processes/prepare SOPs/transactional-level change assessments
- Support the creation of improvement pipelines to increase operational efficiency
- Provide upstream process information to potential clients (including identifying training needs).
• Support for queries requiring transactional knowledge by design
• First point of contact for raising service issues and seeking support from Service Delivery
Partners to initiate escalations
Support the Manager, identify Service Delivery Agent training needs, and drive an action plan.
Deep knowledge of the Hire to Retire process, with specialization in at least one of the following areas:
• Workforce Administration (Onboarding, Onboarding, Offboarding, Personal and Workforce Data Management)
• Compensation/Payroll and Benefits Administration
