Home Office Construction Manager
- BSc. Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Process or Industrial
- English and Spanish at professional proficiency levels are a must.
- Minimum of 12 years related industry experience, including as minimum; +8 Years proven design experience in the Oil & Gas sector and proven design experience in the Energy and/or Chemicals sector.
- Preparation and review of equipment specification, technical and commercial evaluation, and other technical documentation related to static and heat transfer equipment.
- Supervision of a team of mechanical engineers to perform engineering works in accordance with broad technical guidelines and project criteria.
- Good knowledge of international codes and standards, such as ASME, API, ISO, ASTM and EN, among others.
- Good level of computer literacy, including Autocad, 3D, Office365 software, sharing platforms, such as- SharePoint and OneDrive, and communicational tools, such as Outlook and Teams.
Soft Skills
- Ability to quote, handle and optimize resources, including personnel and time budgets.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines/schedules and prioritise activities to achieve them.
- Ability to communicate, present and report effectively in English and Spanish, verbal and written.
