Head of Estimating UK
You'll have:
- Extensive experience in Managing or Heading up Estimating teams working on Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC Projects.
- A strong understanding of AACEi Estimate Classifications including required engineering deliverables and market data to support targeted accuracies. Experience with hands-on development of a wide range of estimates from large multi-billion estimates detailed estimates to small conceptual studies.
- Experience in leading people and high performing teams
- A Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline preferred
- An Advanced user skillset of Microsoft Office Applications, Working knowledge of Estimating Software such as Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (KBase) and Cleopatra Enterprise
- People Skills: Motivational and collaborative communication skills, strong problem-solving mindset.
- Budgeting Skills: Control operational team budget, ensuring billability of the team
- Strong organizational and workload planning skills
