Do you have the following skills and experience?
Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing prime contracts using industry-standard forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC) across various project types (FEED, PMC, EP, C, EPC/EPCM, Fabrication).
Risk Understanding:
- Thorough understanding of project-related risks specific to the engineering and construction industry.
- Capability to assess potential contractual and commercial exposure for Worley in case of project performance issues.
Team Management:
- Experience effectively managing project teams dispersed across different regions.
Knowledge and Education:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge and understanding of project and business financial reporting.
