What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience
- Basic working knowledge of structural analysis software, STAAD.PRO preferred
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Access
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D model environment such as AVEVA E3D or Navisworks
- Team participation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A good working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of structural engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields
- A good working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
Required:
- 4 year bachelor’s degree in structural engineering from ABET accredited program and prepared to take EIT that will lead to registration as a Professional Engineer in the United States.
Preferred:
- 2 year master’s degree in structural engineering from ABET accredited program
- Having taken EIT
