- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different platforms and target audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of PR principles, strategies, and tactics, including media relations, crisis communication, and event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the impact of PR initiatives.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative PR campaigns.
- Proficiency in using PR tools and software, such as media monitoring platforms and press release distribution services.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience in public relations or a related field is preferred but not required.
