This responsibility extends to coordination and integration where required of Project Delivery Systems across all functions and disciplines, such as:  

  • Engineering Systems: 
  • Engineering Design Systems (EDS) 
  • Engineering Data Management Systems (EDM)  
  • Project Systems: 
  • Construction Management Systems 
  • Project Control Systems (Estimating, Planning, Cost Control, Progressing) 
  • Procurement Systems etc.  
  • Third Party hosted systems, information technology Systems and other enterprise systems including iM Infrastructure. 

Job Specific Knowledge: 

  • Strong knowledge of the Engineering / Procurement / Construction (EPC) information lifecycle. 
  • Broad working knowledge of all related Information management disciplines including engineering design systems, data and document management systems, project systems (estimating, project controls, procurement, construction, commissioning systems and information technology with specific expertise in one or more of these disciplines. 
  • A strong understanding of engineering and project data management, including database technologies, data presentation, project data lifecycles and project data domains is required. 

Industry Specific Experience:  

  • Experience within the EPC or the E&P (Exploration and Production) industries, in a relevant role and with strong project execution experience, is required. 

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: 

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science of Business is preferred. 

HSE Capability: 

  • Ability to comply with, promote and provide leadership in HSE policy and One Way™ framework. 

IT Skills: 

  • Have strong skills with PC hardware, Windows OS, MS Office 2010 or newer, and be able to operate in a networked environment.
  • Knowledge in ITIL process required and Certification preferred. 

People Skills: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to provide leadership in project execution.

Other: 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
