With some autonomy, completes most types of assignments through the application of standard engineering theories, techniques, and practices. Incorporates relevant regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practices for the control, development, and application of deliverables.

General objective: 

Work as third-party pre-qualification accounts administrator from start to end to ensure compliance of these accounts as per customer requirement across Worley..

Responsibility:

  • Ensure timely compliance of accounts such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and others by performing Customer verification, development of QHSE and Sustainability programs responses, manual audit completion and invoice processing. This includes analyzing requests, developing response plans, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
  • Writing Safety programs, responding to questionnaires, submission of insurance certificates & contractor licenses, uploading OSHA statistics, & MSHA reports and weekly maintenance of Third-Party Customer accounts to ensure compliance all the time.
  • Create users and assign customer specific on-line trainings and HSE induction to Worley employees on portal.
  • Maintain and update the library of qualification materials, tracking of accounts compliance status and invoice tracking etc.
  • Collating, checking and submission of OSHA logs annually and MSHA logs quarterly on portal and supporting business leaders on specific OSHA/ MSHA requests as and when required.
  • Support Programs coordinator in development of HSE, Quality and Sustainability related programs campaign material for creating awareness and promoting Life- Worley’s Safety, health and well-being program.

 

Act as a trusted business partner to the operations assurance group and deliver tasks independently with minimal supervision.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Professional  QHSE and/or Risk Management 1 year
