About You
You've got a passion for enhancing process efficiency and turning roadblocks into smooth pathways. You actively contribute to fostering improvements, increasing efficiency, and making operations seamless. As GPS – Onboarding you will be able to dive into the world of ERP systems, workflow automation, and data management.
Extracting process insights is your thing. Your expertise in data analytics and your aptitude for pursuing optimization opportunities through data analysis will be a game-changer.
We need someone who not only excels in optimizing processes but can also make change management a breeze through effective collaboration. Collaborating with our IT, HR and Finance teams is key, and your dynamic leadership style will enable you to lead cross-functional teams and engage your stakeholders.
Cultivating strong relationships and collaborating with diverse teams will excite you. You have an investigative nature and will seek opportunities for improvement and teamwork.
You are comfortable presenting to a wide audience advocating for process improvements and winning buy-ins. Tackling intricate process challenges is where you shine, and you share your ideas across the team.
A seasoned professional with a proven track record in end-to-end process management. Specialize in onboarding and possess a strong grasp of global compliance standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- HR degree or higher-level business qualification/s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR or a relevant functional area
- Significant years of specific, process experience, ideally within a large-scale multinational, complex, matrix organisation
- Exposure to process improvement, change management, Agile Methodology
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Visio
- Proven technical and systems architecture knowledge incl. solid understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle and ServiceNow.
