Purpose:
The Marketing Specialist, ABM is responsible for strategic planning, development, and implementation of account-based marketing plans for priority accounts. You’ll work in partnership with Sales and the Account Development teams to deliver bespoke marketing campaigns to a small group (minimum of 3) of core, transformative and key account aligning with the strategic objectives of the business – driving pipeline acceleration and growth. You’ll be responsible for interfacing directly with account owners/teams, and requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team and organizational collaboration, excellent communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with account teams to create, promote, and execute a range of 1:1 and 1:few ABM initiatives in global and strategic accounts to achieve sales and pipeline goals that are aligned to customer priorities.
- Manage the strategy, thinking and approach for defined 1:1 and perimeter account campaigns in the region (Americas).
- Understand our account management and sales processes, the objectives of the account team, supporting their account strategy with marketing programs that achieve their goals and grow share of wallet within their accounts.
- Lead value proposition development/workshops to articulate clear account-specific messaging and demonstrated problems/solutions fit.
- Collaborate and partner with the content, digital, events and creative teams on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, events and creative development to ensure effective campaign.
- Track, measure and report on all ABM activity based on account KPIs and successes.
- Communicate program status to key stakeholders, making sure programs are executed on time and that customer contact strategies and workflows are working achieving positive results.
- Create, maintain and optimize quarterly programs based on actionable data/insights, customer feedback, corporate priorities, and account strategy.
What you will bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience managing marketing campaigns from start to finish—strategy, planning, execution, and measurement
- Highly motivated, self-starter; independent critical thinker and problem-solver
- Persistent, positive and self-reliant within given deadlines
- Works well with others, can relate to people, and engages and builds relationships
- Excellent communicator (via presentation, written, and spoken channels) and coalition builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across the company
- Strategic thinker with a willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet individual and company goals
- Strong attention to detail, is well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work across time zones with global stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Additional Information:
- Decision Making - Proactively sets priorities related to complex situations having multi-project and/or organizational impact. Contributions are primarily technical rather than managerial. May be involved in guiding strategies.
- Supervision Received - Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Influence over duties. Work is assigned only in terms of broad objectives to be accomplished, and is reviewed for policy, soundness of approach and general effectiveness. Work is reviewed to ensure conformity with policy and for coordination of other company departments.
- Supervision Authority - Provide technical guidance to staff and may assign work. Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy. Plans, controls & reports on project work. May have direct reports and may make recommendations concerning selection, training, rating and discipline of staff.
- Communication - Seasoned ability to inform and persuade on complex matters comes from recognition as subject matter expert. Utilized on complex and difficult problems.
- Systems, Processes & Tools - Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues. May be involved in the development of new systems, processes and tools.
Additional Information:
· Salary Range $122,435-$180,051

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Typically, 10+ years relevant experience. Recognized as a specialist, providing consultation to others.
- Oil, Gas, Sustainability Industry experience.
- Account based marketing or CRM experience.
