What you will bring

            Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements: 

  • Deep employer brand experience, including supervisory, project management, and/or technical experience.
  • Experience working globally in a virtual environment across multiple countries/regions, with proven ability to work within areas of cultural difference/sensitivity.
  • Deep understanding of employer branding principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter; independent critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • Persistent, positive and self-reliant within given deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator (via presentation, written, and spoken channels) and coalition builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across the company .
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with colleagues across different time zones and cultures.
  • Data driven approach with ability to analyse campaign performance data, generate insights to drive decision making.
  • Proficiency in English and copywriting skills to create original and relevant marketing content across various platforms.
  • Experience in the EPC, EPCM, or EPFM industry is preferred but not essential.


Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Equivalent Degree.
