Geo-Environmental Technician

Knowledge and experience will include the following:

·       Education to A-Level or equivalent.

·       Ability to independently complete field assignments and summarise field data for use in reporting.

·       Proficient in MS Office skills.

·       Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols.

·       Strong initiative, problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail.

·       Good verbal and written communication skills and a professional attitude.

·       Working outdoors in all weather conditions.

·       Be willing to travel and spend periods of time away on field-based projects across the UK and internationally.

·       Be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full valid driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       2 years’ experience in relevant field.

·       Honours degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Geology, Applied Environmental Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Environmental Consultancy, Geochemistry).
