Financial Analyst II (Bilingual)
The FP&A Analyst will support the delivery of world-class business performance management, budgeting, and reporting as well as being a business partner to department managers and Business Unit managers to drive better business results.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Management Reporting
Drive an effective internal control framework to highlight and manage risk by providing an independent assessment of the health of the business
Ad-hoc business analysis as required
Business Partnership
- Assist FP&A Director to identify and implement key initiatives for the region.
- Identify effective overhead and working capital reporting/analysis to drive productivity.
- Able to utilize leading indicators across the region to identify opportunities and/or risks.
- Ensure appropriate accountability and performance standards are met and maintain high levels of confidentiality working with sensitive data.
Continuous Improvement
- Assist Finance Director with rollout and implementation of consistent and unified reporting across the businesses.
- Leverage common system platforms, e.g. Hyperion, Oracle (GBS, EPM, FCC).
- Be a custodian of finance systems and data.
- Drive continuous system improvements working with reporting systems IT team
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ significant financial experience, majority of this in role as Financial Analyst; minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Diploma in Accounting or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business.
- Professional Accounting designation.
- To have an advance english level B2 / C1.
- Experience with Office, Power BI and GBS is essential
- It is desirable to have knowledge of EPM and/or Hyperion SV
- Expert technical and analytical accounting skills, specifically in the areas of financial modelling and reporting.
- Must have either public practice or publicly traded company experience – both would be preferable.
- Expert technical understanding of GAAP; maintains the highest professional ethics and standards.
- Communicates and operates effectively between Location, Region and Corporate demonstrating cross organizational collaboration to achieve the correct balance between reporting requirements
