Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all facilities across multiple office locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and protocols for all office buildings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate and manage building maintenance, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, security systems, and general repairs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility services, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets the agreed standards.
- Develop and manage the annual facility budget, monitoring expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental compliance standards are met across all offices, including managing fire safety drills, first aid, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Supervise a team of facility staff, providing training, performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and proactive team environment.
- Implement and monitor facility security protocols, including access control, CCTV systems, and employee safety measures.
- Oversee office space management, including planning for space utilization, relocations, and office layouts to meet the needs of a growing workforce.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities or operations management

Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors

Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
