As Project Manager, you will be responsible to manage contractor’s entire effort for execution of the work.
To succeed in this role, you should have minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager with detail design work process.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
· Manage contractor’s entire effort for execution of the work. The Project Manager shall be accountable for contractor’s organization, planning, coordinating, scheduling, procurement, and cost control of the work including establishing priorities and allocation of manpower to ensure all required technical, engineering, cost and safety standards are fulfilled, and project objectives achieved.
· Responsible for implementing and administering project and Worley policies and procedures to successfully achieve project objectives.
· The Project Manager shall have overall responsibility for delivering the contract work scope, keeping within the approved schedule for the work, complying with all relevant government and international legislation, and meeting or exceeding company’s technical, cost and HSE expectations.
· Establishing objectives and priorities, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews, and ensuring that sufficient resources are available to perform the work.
· To ensure that there is an effective HSE Policy and that it is fully implemented with respect to all matters within contractor’s team control. Project Manager shall ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet the requirements of the HSE policy and the HSE plan and ensure that work activities are carried out in accordance with company’s HSE policy, procedures, and plans.
· To Review HSE performance, assessments and reports and receive advice from his/her HSE manager and HSE coordinator and ensure corrective action is taken as needs are identified. The Project Manager shall liaise with company’s management on HSE matters.
· The Project Manager shall be responsible for, with company assistance, interfacing with other Project Contractors to progress other work scopes.
What you’ll have
· University degree or equivalent in engineering related field, and ideally have chartered engineer status within a recognized Project Management institution.
· Minimum 15 to 20 years’ experience in project management and services on oil & gas projects and 5 years of multi-billion-dollar project execution.
· The Project Manager shall have a minimum of Five (5) years Project Manager Experience.
· Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Project Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM) is preferable.
· Have an experience in the EPCI projects, Greenfield, brownfield, Onshore and Offshore Projects.
· Shall have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills.
· Experience in Indonesian project or PMC Project is preferable.
· Candidate shall have experience with Detail design work processes and project control processes to ensure execution of the work in line with company’s requirements.
