As Project Control Manager, you will be responsible to assist the Project Manager with project organisation, project planning, setting objectives and priorities, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews, and ensuring that sufficient resources are available to perform the work scope and meet company’s technical, cost and schedule objectives.
To succeed in this role, you should have minimum of 15 years’ experience including at least 5 years of gas/hydrocarbon facilities FEED and detailed design and 5 years of project engineering experience on multi-million-dollar project execution.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Project Control Manager to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
· Assist the Project Manager with project organisation, project planning, setting objectives and priorities, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews, and ensuring that sufficient resources are available to perform the work scope and meet company’s technical, cost and schedule objectives. This position also prepares and monitor a critical path method (CPM) schedule for the project to identify the resources and time required to complete the project; perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective active to be taken; and keep management informed of the progress of the Work.
· Coordinate the overall cost analysis activities on projects; assuming responsibility for preparation, quality, and accuracy of project cost reports; establishing liaison with project management and clients on all matters relating to cost control; assigning and reviewing work of subordinate cost analysis staff.
· Provide leadership for multiple aspects of planning and controls including cost, planning/scheduling, estimating and quantity surveying personnel assigned to the PMC project team. The develop the strategy for personnel development, forecasting, tracking, and reporting project cost as well as estimating, cost control and planning/scheduling.
· To act as the focal point for cost controls on the site and to integrate all cost controls activities within the portfolio of projects undergoing delivery at site.
· Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices. Ensure payment of invoices according to PCM contract terms.
· Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an ad hoc basis.
· Conduct variance analysis between actual and budget/forecast costs and prepare financial reports for project management and key stakeholders.
· Coordinate the monitoring and reporting requirements originating from project controls systems, activities ensuring that submission dates are met by the team and that insightful comment is included where appropriate.
· Develop, implement, and control the project accounting and job costing system to meet project requirements.
· Provide support and analysis to project management teams in oversight and management of key contracts as pertaining to project controls commitments.
What you’ll have
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an Engineering qualification or equivalent experience in engineering / construction.
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience including at least 5 years of gas/hydrocarbon facilities FEED and detailed design and 5 years of PROJECT engineering experience on multimillion dollar project execution.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Control Manager.
· Experience in Indonesian project or PMC Project is preferable.
· Shall have an experience in the EPCI projects, Greenfield, brownfield, Onshore and Offshore Projects.
