As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible to assists with leading project logistics and warehouse strategy development, implementation and may be assigned as a logistics project coordinator.
To succeed in this role, you should have minimum of 15 years’ experience in Procurement within the resources, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
· Participate in and assists with leading project logistics and warehouse strategy development and implementation and may be assigned as a logistics project coordinator.
· Identify and advise project and Supply Management of commercial risks. May participate in internal and external Supply Management presentations.
· Provide logistics support for the movement of all materials and equipment, including domestic and international transportation requirements.
· Recording, tracking, monitoring, and status of all received equipment and materials within the temporary warehouse, prior to transfer to the eventual permanent warehouse once constructed.
· Being aware of and following manufacturers’ recommendations and guidance for the storage and maintenance of the equipment and materials
· Ensure adherence to compliance with regulatory requirements related to import and export of project materials and equipment.
· Ensure the development, for customer approval, of a transportation and logistics plan, including identification and incorporation of all, or relevant portions.
Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
What you’ll have
· Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Procurement within the resources, construction, and infrastructure sectors
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Procurement Manager
· Experience in Indonesian project or PMC Project is preferable.
