We’re looking for a Onshore Contract Manager to join our team in Singapore for a Piplaying Project of Natural Gas Subsea Pipeline in East Asia. We welcome Offshore Construction expertise with the relevant experiences to join us for the various PMT positions.
Project Premises:
250km x 36" Natural Gas Subsea Pipeline Project, Taiwan
To install a new Subsea Pipeline and Two (2) Onshore Receiving Facilities which to be commissioned by end of 2028.

As a Onshore Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overall planning/schedule and management of the project and interpret/administer the EPC contracts.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in contract management for onshore receiving facilities.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Onshore Contracts Manager to join our team.
The role responsibilities for Project Management Service Scope include:
- Overall planning/schedule and management of the project.
- Plan & implementation budget/cost control
- Interpret/administer the EPC contracts
- Conduct project management and design related meetings
- Assist in organizing various bids and helping the Company obtain various licenses and permits from the competent authorities
- Clarification, coordination and integration of the interfaces of various work scopes
- Review and approval of the planned progress and claimed work during/progress
- Review and approval of price quotations
- Managing and advising on work variation
- Assist in managing contract disputes and claims
- Assist in execution of the acceptance and handover work
- Establish a document and archive management system
Primary Role Responsibilities:
- Report to and assist Project Manager to manage Onshore EPC Contract
- Act as the focal point for all contractual interfaces between internal project team and external parties for onshore works
- Ensure all contract terms and milestones are met by both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage claims, variations, amendments, and scope changes
- Identifies commercial and contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Leads the process for handling Onshore EPC Contractor claims or disputes, including negotiation and settlement
What you’ll have
- Good understanding of contract law, procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Skilled in negotiating terms
- High level of customer focus
- Skilled in implementing strategies
- Previous experience as a contract manager for onshore construction gas (oil) facility projects
- Possess relevant Degree or equivalent qualification (Chartered Engineer prefer)
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in contract management for onshore receiving facilities and fluent in written and spoken English language
- Able to work in Taiwan for the duration of the project on as required basis.
