As Mechanical Lead (Rotary), you will be responsible to carry out mechanical design of rotary equipment such as pump, compressor, blower, turbine.

To succeed in this role, you should have minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical engineering rotary design Onshore / Offshore / Refinery projects.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Mechanical Lead (Rotary)to join our team in Indonesia.

The role responsibilities include:

·        Responsible for safe working practices both personally and in their designs, using the Worley framework.

·        Carry out Mechanical design of rotary equipment such as pump, compressor, blower, turbine.

·        Organizing different meetings with different disciplines, Vendors, Client for resolution of various Engineering issues/activities.

·        Responsible for ensuring that Dept./Disciplines quality management system is followed considering any special contractual requirements.

·        Ensure compliance with national and international codes and standards, including ASME, API, BS, and EN.

·        Review 3D models using various 3D review software platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

·        Preparation of datasheet, Material requisition, technical evaluation of vendor offers, order specification and review of vendor drawings.

·        Ensure they understand and apply the Worley quality management system. Promote interdisciplinary communications on projects.

 

What you’ll have

·        Minimum of 10 years’ experience in mechanical engineering rotary design Onshore / Offshore / Refinery projects.

·        Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

·        Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering

·        Have the experience and skills to set the standard and drive the rest of the team to excel in HSE.

·        Competent in relevant Microsoft Office software

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Work as part of a multi-discipline team.

·        Broad understanding of the mining and construction scene in Indonesia

·        Well-connected in the industry
