As Construction Manager, you will be responsible to lead overview and management of the construction PMC Consultants executing the project scope. They provide leadership and direction to the PMC team for all aspects of construction and site work, including Health and Safety, environmental and quality conformance, progress and cost management, coordination and management of all site construction activities, Contractor selection, administration of contracts and compliance with statutory regulations and commitments.
To succeed in this role, you should have 15 years’ experience in construction management in any of the following areas: Offshore brownfields and greenfield major projects, Onshore greenfield and brownfields major projects.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
· Lead overview and management of the construction PMC Consultants executing the project scope. They provide leadership and direction to the PMC team for all aspects of construction and site work, including Health and Safety, environmental and quality conformance, progress and cost management, coordination and management of all site construction activities, Contractor selection, administration of contracts and compliance with statutory regulations and commitments.
· Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
· Participate in all reviews such as Constructability and Construction Risk Assessments
· Contractor management including evaluating Sub-Contractor capability and assisting as applicable in the evaluation of contractor proposals, and establishment of appropriate controls with the Project Controls group.
· Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and ensure effective communication with various stakeholders including Project Managers, field representatives and field staff.
· Undertakes and records field reviews of construction progress and works with the scheduler to assist with measuring progress against plan and provides feedback to the contract’s administrator for the validation of Contractor claims and invoices.
· Assisting in ensuring all documentation associated with the contract has been issued to the Construction team and contractor/vendor.
· Review and validate submitted variations, invoices and schedules of installed qualities and equipment against the contract, scope, and drawings.
· Report any potential contract, construction, cost, and schedule issues.
· Assisting in ensuring administration information between the contract vendor/contractors and the construction team is being implemented, maintained, and updated during the project.
What you’ll have
· Engineering Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
· 15 years of experience in construction management in any of the following areas: Offshore brownfields and greenfield major projects, Onshore greenfield and brownfields major projects.
· Minimum of Five (5) years as Construction Manager Experience.
· A proven track record and demonstrable success in the management of HSE in multibillion projects.
· Experience in Indonesian project or PMC Project is preferable.
