Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Proven experience in heavy equipment operations and supervision, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
· Strong understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and repair processes.
· In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to heavy equipment operations.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
· Proficient in project management software, equipment tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
