What you’ll have

  • Need to have Offshore Platform experience and must also have experience overseeing brownfield projects.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with working knowledge of at least two document management systems.
  • AS9001 Quality Systems knowledge and previous document control experience in an engineering project office.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe Acrobat professional or equivalent
  • Able to work with a proactive approach and limited supervision with good time keeping and prioritisation skills while possessing ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment
  • Understanding that work hours will be required as dictated by workload, schedule and project requirements and allocate / adjust appropriately.
  • Experience in an administration or projects environment in document control and exposure to Electronic Document Management systems.
  • Previous experience in computerised and manual document control, team in an engineering environment and offshore fixed or floating platforms projects
  • Graduate from University or TAFE commercial / technical clerical / MS applications related course.
  • Visible Interpersonal, Teamwork, Action Orientation, Customer Focus skills 
  • Effectively manages change to work tasks and the work environment and assists others with adapting to change.
  • A person of integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honours their commitments while possessing the ability to identify issues, problems and opportunities; takes call on the right time; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to the concerned and groups, and make presentations when required.
  • Perform any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time.
