Environmental Scientist

Qualifications

·         University Degree or Technical Diploma from accredited institution, plus appropriate continuing education

·         Minimum of 1 years’ experience in assessment, remediation, and monitoring in the field of environmental consulting

·         Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

·         Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team

·         Class 5 driver’s license

·         Experience in either the oil and gas industry or mining is considered an asset

·         Ability to work challenging and potentially extended hours under varying weather conditions

·         Working toward professional registration/certification or recently certified

·         Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
