About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience in an environmental performance management, sustainability or related program or project management role
  • Experience in assisting large complex organisations achieve significant environmental performance improvements such as energy efficiency gains, emissions reductions, water, and waste management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, commerce, or other relevant quantitative discipline
  • Post graduate qualifications in sustainability will be highly regarded
  • Able to implement environmental performance programs to high standard
  • Able to deliver outcomes to agreed standard and by committed deadlines
  • Able to identify key stakeholders and engage with them to win support for proposals
  • Keep abreast of latest trends in environmental performance that may be of relevance to Worley
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to quickly pick up and navigate new systems and Apps
  • Able to build appropriate, constructive, and effective business relationships throughout the organization
  • Be a team player who enjoys working in a small high caliber team with high visibility to senior stakeholders
  • Able to work and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders and deal with strict deadlines
  • Able to prioritize workloads and help other team members to achieve team goals
  • Ability to meet timelines, push to achieve stretch goals, and demonstrate enthusiasm, persistence, and tenacity
