About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• A engineering delivery oriented individual with the capability to successfully deliver projects Focused on the client’s needs and providing innovative and industry leading solutions;
• Continuously seeks new knowledge with global connects and openly shares own knowledge to coach and develop others always focused on what is best for Worley; Part of Engineering Council
• Inclusive and motivational leadership style with creative thinking skills and a focus on challenging norms, bringing innovation to current practices to continual evolve how we meet client needs and contribute to Worley’s financial position. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop high performance culture and unlock opportunities. 
• Team player and focusing on collaborative working to deliver common goal
• Identify benchmarks and develop project plans to deliver competitive advantage
• Act as key contact on steering committees with lead offices and facilitate positive communication.
