The Role
As a Electrical Designer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc….
- Execution of Electrical design, drafting and 3D modelling tasks relating to oil & gas offshore
- Specific Accountabilities:
- Experience in generating Single Line Diagrams, schematics and interconnection drawings
- Able to work independently on Electrical substation layouts, electrical room layouts, cable tray layouts, lighting layouts for Oil & Gas offshore
- Able to perform checking activities for all design deliverables independently
- Must have working experience with IEC, NEC, IEEE Electrical standards as minimum
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance from lead designer or lead engineer
- Check compliance with QA / safety/ environment goals
- Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the
- Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project
- Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project. Understand
- Liaison with other disciplines on technical issues related to 3D modelling and layouts
- Experience in generating Single Line Diagrams, schematics and interconnection drawings
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- B.Tech / Diploma in E.E.E with minimum 15years experience in Oil & Gas offshore sector Must have working tool knowledge of SP3D or E3D tool along with 2D extraction and detailing.
- Projects worked using the mentioned tool along with Client name shall be mentioned in the CV
- 2D tools – Microstation and AutoCAD
