Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the execution of all electrical and instrumentation installation works on the construction site.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other discipline leads to ensure timely progress and resolution of site issues.

  • Monitor daily work activities and progress against the construction schedule.

  • Ensure quality inspections and testing are carried out as per the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).

  • Participate in daily coordination meetings, safety walks, and toolbox talks.

  • Review method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.

  • Provide technical guidance to field crews and subcontractors.

  • Verify material availability, drawings, and resources prior to work execution.

  • Support in the resolution of field technical queries and interface issues.

  • Ensure proper documentation of installation records, redlines, and as-built drawings.

  • Assist in punch listing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning support as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.

  • E&I experience in industrial construction (preferably oil & gas, petrochemical, or mining sectors).

  • Proven experience in site supervision of electrical and instrumentation works.

  • Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC, NEC, ISA, etc.).

  • Familiarity with hazardous area installations (Ex equipment).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Strong HSE awareness and commitment.
