Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of all electrical and instrumentation installation works on the construction site.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other discipline leads to ensure timely progress and resolution of site issues.
Monitor daily work activities and progress against the construction schedule.
Ensure quality inspections and testing are carried out as per the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Participate in daily coordination meetings, safety walks, and toolbox talks.
Review method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
Provide technical guidance to field crews and subcontractors.
Verify material availability, drawings, and resources prior to work execution.
Support in the resolution of field technical queries and interface issues.
Ensure proper documentation of installation records, redlines, and as-built drawings.
Assist in punch listing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning support as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
E&I experience in industrial construction (preferably oil & gas, petrochemical, or mining sectors).
Proven experience in site supervision of electrical and instrumentation works.
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC, NEC, ISA, etc.).
Familiarity with hazardous area installations (Ex equipment).
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong HSE awareness and commitment.
