Director, Talent Acquisition - Europe and Central Asia
· Extensive background in the TA (In-House and Search) space ideally with experience of delivering across multiple geographical locations.
· Proven success at developing, mentoring and managing high performing teams (20+ heads) across large regions in a complex matrix organization.
· Experience of leading programs and major transformation initiatives within a TA function.
· Strong understanding and interest in TA related technology, branding and market trends.
· Able to develop long-lasting relationships and positively influence at all levels of an organization.
· Strong analytical skills, fluent in the development and use of metrics, as well as using data to drive key decisions.
· Bachelors degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
· Additional Project Management, Six Sigma or LEAN qualifications are desirable.
