Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.  Master’s degree is a plus.  

·         Minimum 15 years supply chain management within the energy, chemicals, or resources sector.

·         Proven track record in leading large-scale supply chain operations, with significant supervisory and management experience.

·         Strong understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to drive digital transformation and innovation.

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic programs and policies that impact regional or large-scale EPC and EPCM projects.

·         Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

·         Ability to make independent, strategic decisions that drive long-term business success.

·         Effective communicator with the ability to present complex proposals, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration at all levels.

·         Strong leadership skills with a participative management style, fostering a cooperative and high-performing team environment.

·         Commitment to sustainability and the ability to integrate sustainable supply chain practices into operational strategies.

Additional Information:

  • This role is in California.
  • Salary Range $172,007-$252,951
  • Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
