Director, Project Management
Technical and Industry Experience:
Proven track record of project management experience on high-value petrochemical EPCM projects. Preference to candidates with significant project experience in cold weather / arctic conditions.
Comprehensive understanding of project execution, project management, and project control methodologies.
Full life cycle project management experience (Pre- FEED to Commissioning)
Comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle for high-value petrochemical projects.
Extensive EPCM work experience.
Strong interpersonal skills are supported by effective decision making and influential negotiation skills.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training, Skills:
A recognized and relevant engineering degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
Leadership experience with a proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale projects ($1Bn+).
Previous experience of arctic / cold weather petrochemical projects is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
