Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to look after the well-being of team members.
- Fluency in German (not required to be native) to facilitate effective communication.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects within the engineering and procurement phases.
- Ability to set a collaborative culture where both Worley and the client jointly contribute to project development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions creatively.
- Open-minded and adaptable to changes and evolving project requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in refinery conversion projects.
- Previous experience in managing projects with a focus on reducing carbon footprint is advantageous.
