Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing Talent Acquisition Operations and projects in an international business with significant scale and complexity.
  • Successful track record of delivering transformation initiatives: where they have been instigated, led and overseen through to delivery in highly matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders groups.
  • Ability to be impactful, create a compelling vision of the future, gain buy-in from peers & key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, and develop valued relationships with leadership teams and external suppliers.
  • Experience managing both local & remote teams
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex or ambiguous information, identify trends, and create strategic action plans based on the information.
  • Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of an organisation’s core business, strategic direction, challenges, and articulates how talent acquisition can add measurable value.
  • Models desired behaviours in a corporate environment, be a role model for the team in terms of behaviours, standards and best practice
  • Tenacious, self-driven individual who takes personal responsibility for resolving performance issues before they impact on the business; consistently seeing things through to completion
  • Knowledge of next generation Talent Acquisition CMS CRM platforms (e.g. Eightfold AI or Phenom)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience using an ATS such as Taleo

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent working experience

Desirable:

  • Six Sigma or LEAN
