· BS in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent Advanced degree(s) preferred in a relevant subject area
· Typically, 15+ years of professional experience in industrial construction of LNG or Chemical plants
- A working understanding of the regulatory and governmental community (such as FERC, USEPA, USACE, state and local agencies) and industry
· Experience in preparation of the FERC Implementation Plans
· Engineering and construction knowledge to communicate with various disciplines
· Excellent client and agency interfacing skills; ability to work within a team with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
