Director, Cost Analysis
Qualifications / Skill Set:
- Extensive experience in project controls, cost management, and change management within heavy industrial or large construction projects, preferably in the energy, chemicals, or oil and gas sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques, including budgeting, commitment analysis, forecasting, and reporting for multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as SAP, Oracle, Excel, and other relevant software for cost control and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion, with a focus on cost efficiency and sustainability.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Experience in analyzing project data, developing cost control strategies, and providing actionable recommendations to ensure project success.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory requirements in all project-related activities.
- A focus on sustainable outcomes, ensuring that projects align with Worley’s ambition to derive a significant portion of revenue from sustainability-related projects by FY26.
