Digital Solutions Consultant II (Knowledge management & Digital content)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Communications, Digital Media, Knowledge Management, Information Science, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in related fields
- 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, digital platform enablement, or knowledge management roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical content in english.
Nice to have:
o Familiarity with knowledge platforms, content tagging/metadata, and basic SEO principles.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong aptitude for working with numbers and quantitative models
- Skills in Word, Excel, Bloomfire (or other Knowledge Platforms), HTML5, PowerBI, Python, R, GA, Seach console etc. Data Taxonomy and meta data structuring
- Experience with modelling capability tools such as Python, R, or VBA are a plus
Soft skills:
- Strong interest in energy transition, energy markets and sustainability topics
- Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with individuals at all organizational levels
