Requirements:

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Communications, Digital Media, Knowledge Management, Information Science, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, digital platform enablement, or knowledge management roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical content in english.

Nice to have:

o    Familiarity with knowledge platforms, content tagging/metadata, and basic SEO principles.

    • Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong aptitude for working with numbers and quantitative models
    • Skills in Word, Excel, Bloomfire (or other Knowledge Platforms), HTML5, PowerBI, Python, R, GA, Seach console etc. Data Taxonomy and meta data structuring 
    • Experience with modelling capability tools such as Python, R, or VBA are a plus

Soft skills:

  • Strong interest in energy transition, energy markets and sustainability topics
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and open to learning AI-supported tools
  • Proactive and self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven team setting, demonstrating a steep learning curve and a strong commitment to coaching and development.
