The Role

 
As a Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, As part of the Digital Excellence team, this role enables Digital Project Delivery by adopting Emerging Technology, in-house developed Digital transformation tools, engages with the clients and Internal Project Teams to adopt Digital Technologies like 4D, Drone, AI, VR, AR, BOTs and much more. As a Digital Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving our digital transformation towards multiple projects spread across Geographies. You will work with other teams to provide technical and process governance on Digital Tools and Technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and collaborate with multiple Project Teams to Define and Implement Digital Strategy with identified metrics for performance measurement.
  • Early engagement in the Sales process to identify the Digital Opportunities and embed the Digital Strategy in proposals. Also subsequently follow it up through execution.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, control and close all aspects of Digital Transformation lifecycle.
  • Training, Coaching, and mentoring on Internal and External Digital Tools to discover and build a high performing, self-organizing Digital culture.
  • Status and Gap analysis of Digital Adoptions, report out to Project manager and the Leadership Team.
  • Engage with Project Team to create an action plan to improve Digital adoption.
  • Identify Best Practices, Success stories and create documentation as well as dissemination of the existing Best Practices.
  • Collaborate and engage with project teams to identify ideas for Digitalization or Process Improvement.
  • Create an assessment model to evaluate the digital maturity of the Projects and provide recommendations on digital roadmap and Improvement.
  • Leading Process Improvement, Standardization using continuous improvement techniques.

About You

Technical and Industry Experience:

  • This role will be accountable for Digital Transformation in project delivery.
  • It has responsibility to improve Digital Adoptions and contribute efficiency improvement.
  • Focus is on execution of Digital Adoption, New Digital ideas generation, Identification of Improvement opportunities.
  • Impart coaching to drive Digital and Continuous Improvement way of working.

This role requires a combination of,

  • Good experience and understanding of Engineering Project Delivery process in Detail Engineering / EPCM type of projects.
  • Very good knowledge of Digital Technologies, Data Analytics & Process Automation platforms.
  • Engagement with the executive leadership team to create a Data Driven Decision Making culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Instrumentation)
  • Certifications/Trainings in Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Office, Excel, Macros or any other analytics & process automation platform would be desirable.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile Scrum and Continuous Improvement would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of work experience in the related job function.
