The Role
As a Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc
- As a Solution Architect Consultant, you must have completed 2/3 implementation.
- Sound understanding of product functionality.
- Understanding of integration between Taleo & Eightfold.
- Understanding of integration b/w Eightfold & other satellite application.
- Capable to take call on solution from architecture perspective.
- Should participate in the design and other project related discussion.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing large-scale, AI-driven solutions within the HR domain.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise system integration, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex client challenges.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align technological solutions with business objectives, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or AI technologies are highly desirable.
