Deskside Support Technician II
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in an IT service desk role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with tact and diplomacy.
- Effective written and verbal business communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in an IT field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven proficiency in using key office software and productivity tools such as MS Office 365, Teams, Bluebeam, etc.
- Critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
- Experience working within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment is preferred but not required.
