Deputy HSE Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering).
- Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Significant years of relevant HSE experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior advisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HSE aspects of complex engineering and construction projects.
- Strong understanding of applicable HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and HSE auditing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced project environment.
- Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
